Who We Are
A family psychiatry practice with compassion
Bloom Psychiatry is a family run psychiatry practice that offers a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health care. By keeping our practice intentionally small, we’re able to provide truly individualized attention that respects your unique journey. Our doctor, Dr. Lillian Reilly-Prado, provides psychiatric care with kindness and compassion for each individual. You are never "just a number" here. ​

Our mission is simple: Helping Families Bloom. Whether it's addressing emotional struggles, behavioral concerns, or simply navigating life's changes, we are here to support you.
We currently offer telehealth appointments for children, adolescents, and young adults in Pennsylvania. We also have an office in West Chester, PA for in-person appointments.​
Our services include comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and individual therapy, all tailored to each unique individual.
